In order to offer the best possible service we offer two delivery options:

  • First Class Delivery
    • Goods will be sent first class
    • You should recieve your goods within 2 to 3 working days
  • Next Day Delivery
    • Orders must be placed before 12:00
    • Goods will be sent using a courier
    • You may be required to sign for your goods.
    • You should recieve your goods on the next working day.

Orders recieved after 12:00 are likely to be dispatched the following day. If the item on the web site has indicated that it is due soon we will inform you of any potential delays and ship it using your selected delivery option.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, then just return the product for a full refund, excluding delivery charges, within 30 days of placing the order. In the interests of hygiene we are unable to provide a refund for earrings.

It is very important that any items returned are in the best possible condition, unworn, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Pirina reserves the right to refuse or to reduce a refund on any item.

Please carefully check your items when they arrive, if any are faulty, damaged or there is any other problem then please contact us immediately with your order number and the nature of the problem by clicking here.

Please ensure that the return form is completed and returned with any goods. Unfortunately, without the correct information we may not be able to refund the items until we can find the related order.

To return an online purchase, please follow these instructions:

  • Complete the returns note detailing which item(s) you are returning, quantity, and reason for return. Place in parcel with item(s) being returned.
  • Attach the returns label to the parcel, and send the parcel to
